Rpl Cricket is pleased to fulfill any legitimate warranty requests, as long as the claim is made within one months of receiving the products. Customers will need to cover the return shipping costs. Once the returned items are received for warranty processing, RPL Cricket will handle your claim within 5 days. If the warranty claim is approved, a replacement product will be sent to you (subject to stock availability).

Things to remember

A cricket bat won’t maintain its new appearance indefinitely, and over time, cracks may develop with regular use. Bats are crafted from natural wood and are subjected to the challenging task of repeatedly striking a hard cricket ball. Cracks can emerge during the Knocking-In process and are not necessarily signs of a defect or fault. These cracks might indicate inadequate Knocking-In, improper handling or use, soft willow wood, poor-quality cricket balls, and more. A small degree of cracking is normal and doesn’t affect the bat’s performance. A bat’s longevity is influenced by how frequently it’s used and how well it’s cared for. For extended durability, additional protection like Extratec and Toe Protection is highly recommended. Some bats may require more or less preparation than initially suggested. The recommended Knocking-In time is just a guideline, and completing the suggested hours doesn’t always mean the bat is fully ready. For instance, if the Knocking-In wasn’t done properly, spending 30+ hours on the bat might still not make it game-ready. The cost of a bat does not necessarily correlate with how long the willow will last. Typically, more expensive bats use softer willow, which may perform better but may not be as durable as cheaper alternatives. rpl Cricket often provides related services.

Warranty Return

Rpl Cricket is committed to handling warranty returns in a timely manner. If a product has a major defect, you may opt for either a refund or an exchange. A major fault occurs when the item has an issue that would have discouraged a customer from purchasing it, or if it differs greatly from the description or sample, fails to perform as promised, or doesn’t meet your request and cannot be easily repaired. For minor faults, we will repair the item within a reasonable period.

Bat warranty process:

Rpl Cricket requires inspection of your bat to determine the appropriate steps for addressing a warranty claim. Each claim is evaluated individually, depending on the specific situation. Possible actions may involve repair, replacement, refund, or a re-performance of the service. Rpl Cricket will manage the return of any bat bought through our authorized resellers, factory outlets, or website. All cricket bats sold by Rpl Cricket come with a 1-month warranty covering damage caused by manufacturing defects, not resulting from consumer misuse.

Shiping policy:

1. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3000. A nominal fee may apply for orders below this amount.
2. We rely on third-party shipping services and are therefore bound by their Terms & Conditions.
3. Our commitment to quality remains unwavering, and we partner with trusted logistics providers who offer extensive coverage across India.
4. For Express deliveries, additional charges for premium shipping will apply.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 11 AM on any business day. Orders placed later will be shipped within the next 2-3 business days. Shipment tracking details will be shared promptly once dispatched.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees imposed by the authorities in the destination country. (This applies only to shipments outside of India.)
